RETURN POLICY
We offer free returns and exchanges for 30 days, with no restocking fee and no final sale items.
Eligible Returns:
- We do not accept returns for underwear.
- Products sold more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.
- We accept exchanges as long as the item has not been worn, is in good condition, and includes its original tags, packaging, and receipt of purchase.
- Returns for panties and underwear will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.
Final Sale:
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Size Exchange:
- Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase and will be processed according to the pre-established terms and conditions of our Purchase Policy.
- In the case of a size exchange, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
