This document describes the terms and conditions applicable to the access and use of the services offered by Fajas Renova, within the website sales@renovashapewear.us hereinafter the "Site". Any person wishing to access, subscribe to or use the site may do so on the understanding that he or she is bound by these Terms and Conditions and the personal data policy contained herein, together with all other policies and principles governing the site and understood to be part of them either directly, by reference or found elsewhere on the site. In the event that one or more of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions are held to be void, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, enforceability or effectiveness of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not be affected or nullified by such circumstance.

Fajas Renova, in any case, presumes in good faith that it is contracting directly with the client, with the legal representative duly authorized to carry out this type of operation or with the person to whom the latter grants power of attorney.

To use the site, it is mandatory to complete the registration form in all its fields with valid data. This will allow you to become an authorized Customer of the site, being able to purchase the products and/or services offered on the site. Once the registration has been made, the customer will have a password that will allow confidential and secure access. This password is personal, non-transferable and the sole responsibility and custody of the client. This password will be the one that allows you to make purchases and obtain information on the site. This key is for personal use, giving it to third parties does not imply the responsibility of Fajas Renova, in case it is used improperly, negligently and/or incorrectly.

Fajas Renova reserves the right to reject any application for registration or to cancel a previously accepted registration, without being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision and without this generating any right to compensation or compensation.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time, under the principle of autonomy of the will of Fajas Renova and from the date of modification of these terms and conditions, all transactions that are entered into between Fajas Renova and the client will be governed by the modified document, which the client accepts from now on.

All trademarks, logos, names and any other distinctive sign and other elements of industrial or intellectual property inserted, used and/or displayed on this site, are the exclusive property of Fajas Renova, for which reason their use or disposition in any way by third parties is prohibited. Any unauthorized use will constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and the current national and international regulations on Industrial Property and such conduct may be prosecuted by legal means.

All contents of this website are protected by copyright regulations and by all national and international regulations applicable to it.
